One client, one year, one file

Follow LUMEA DESIGN, a fictional client of the fictional firm “Méridien Conseil”, from its first invoice to its general meeting. The screens shown are real screens of the software.

The invoice goes out, with its VAT and stamp

The agreement’s pre-invoice becomes an invoice: VAT, fiscal stamp and net to pay calculated, then every step tracked, from draft to payment.

Invoicing
Invoice FAC00012 for LUMEA DESIGN: the chain from pre-invoice to invoice, the steps from draft to paid, the line, VAT, the fiscal stamp and the net to pay.

Suppliers are paid, withholding tax calculated

Payment orders by transfer, bill of exchange or cheque, with withholding tax, certificate tracking and the XML file for TEJ.

Finance and cash
Supplier payments: pending, validated, paid and unpaid counters, then the payment orders with method, bank, gross amount, withholding tax and net. Bank account numbers blurred.

The client uploads its documents

From its portal, the client uploads its purchase and sales invoices. They arrive in the firm’s reading inbox, and the client sees where they stand.

Client portal
Client portal, “My accounting documents”: three invoices uploaded by the client, each marked processed, entry validated.

The document becomes an entry

Automatic reading picks up the supplier, its tax ID, the dates and the amounts, stamp included, and proposes the entry. Once posted, the scan bears the “COMPTABILISÉ” stamp and the entry’s number.

Automatic reading
Automatic reading of a posted purchase invoice: the scan of BOIS DU SAHEL's invoice next to the entry posted to the purchases journal and the fields read from it (supplier, tax ID, number, dates, amounts, stamp). Tax IDs blurred. The same scanned invoice, printed with the blue “COMPTABILISÉ · ACH - N° 00001” stamp that points to its accounting entry. Tax IDs blurred.

Returns tracked, DGI files checked

A grid by client and by month shows what is filed, overdue or upcoming. Before a DGI file is generated, the check names every empty or malformed field.

Tax
Third-quarter declaration of sales under suspension: the check before generation finds nothing blocking the FAC_03_26.txt file and flags one point to verify.

Payroll, CNSS and the employer return

Payslips, then the quarterly CNSS, CAVIS and group insurance returns calculated from those payslips; on the tax side, the employer return and its annexes.

Payroll and HR

Year-end closing checked before saving

Balance sheet, income statement, intermediate balances, cash flow statement and tax reconciliation are generated; five consistency checks pass before saving, then the tax bundle is printed.

Accounting
LUMEA DESIGN's 2026 accounting file dashboard: number of entries, expenses and income curve, trial balance and a grid of entries by journal and month.

The general meeting, the minutes, the audit

Meeting notices, minutes, articles of association and share transfers on the legal side. On the audit side, the engagement moves through seven milestones, up to the statutory auditor’s report.

Legal

Let’s talk about your firm

IntegraSys is a Tunisian company based in Ariana. Call us or write to us on WhatsApp: we look with you at how your files would move into the software.

Your questions

How much does it cost, and is there a commitment?

Each module has its own price, in dinars, excluding VAT: from 50 DT per month. You pay in advance for one month or for twelve months, and nothing is charged automatically when the period ends: you renew if you decide to.

No set-up, installation, migration or training fees.

Who sees my clients’ data?

The members of your firm, each according to the rights you give them, screen by screen. A firm’s data is never visible to another firm, and each client sees only their own space.

Can we bring over our Sage or Excel files?

Yes. The External Connection module extracts your Sage files, accounting and payroll, from a computer at the firm and loads them into IntegraSys. Entries, the third-party accounts and pay items can also be imported from Excel workbooks.

How do we get started with the software?

The help center (in French) explains the screens step by step, and a demo with the team starts from your own files. Along the way, a question is asked by ticket from the software, by phone or on WhatsApp.

In which languages?

In French, Arabic and English, as each user chooses; your clients’ portal and Android app too. A few screens, including the tax module, remain in French in the Arabic version.

E-invoicing: what changes for my clients?

With the AI assistant (optional), ask your questions about e-invoicing: who is concerned, costs, penalties, steps.

Can we try before subscribing?

Book a demo: we show you the software on your own cases. After a first subscription, a refund can be requested within 14 days.

How do we reach support?

By ticket from the software, by phone or WhatsApp on ⁦+216 55 952 585⁩, or by email at contact@integrasys-erp.com. The help center (in French) answers common questions.
